I like that appsumo shows the deal prices upfront and also what’s included. Sometimes plan limits take a bit of reading to understand, but overall it’s clear before you buy. It makes it easier to know if deal is worth it or not.

I’ve been waiting for days now and support still hasn’t gotten back to me. Like, I get that things can be busy, but it’s frustrating when you’re just sitting there checking your email and nothing comes in. Not even a quick update or anything. the whole thing just feels ignored
